金属烤瓷修复体基牙龈缘及冠边缘变色原因浅析 被引量：1

摘要 患者戴用金属烤瓷修复体后常会出现基牙颈缘返青或冠边缘金属色透出等现象,严重影响了患牙牙周健康及患者的美观。通过门诊138例金属烤瓷修复患者,共216个牙单位不同金属烤瓷冠1年至2年的临床观察,经统计学处理,Ni-Cr合金烤瓷冠、Co-Cr合金烤瓷冠和金合金烤瓷冠龈缘颜色改变差异有统计学意义(P【O.01)
