妊娠期高血压疾病的护理探讨

To explore the nursing of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

妊娠期高血压疾病是人身其特有的疾病。发病率我国9.4-10.4%为孕产死亡的第二大原因。本病基本病理生理变化是全身小血管痉挛;全身各系统各脏器灌流减少,对母儿造成危害,甚至导致母儿死亡。我院2011.6——2012.12收治的妊娠期高血压疾病32例,通过及时治疗、规范护理,均安全度过产期。

hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is the person of the endemic disease.The incidence of9.4 -10.4% in our country is second big reasons maternal death. The basic pathophysiological changes of the disease is systemic small vessel spasm; organs of the whole body each system perfusion decrease,cause harm to mother and infant,and even lead to maternal and fetal death. 32 cases of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy treated by 2011. 6——2012. 12 in our hospital, timely treatment,nursing care,were safe during the period.
