35例缬沙坦加硝苯地平缓释片治疗原发性高血压伴心绞痛的疗效观察

目的探究与分析35例颉沙坦加硝苯地平缓释片治疗原发性高血压伴心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的原发性高血压伴心绞痛患者70例,将其作为临床研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组、试验组,对照组患者采取缬沙坦进行治疗,试验组患者在对照组患者采用的治疗方式基础上,联合硝苯地平缓释片进行治疗。观察并比较两组经不同治疗方案下的临床疗效。结果试验组患者的总有效人数较对照组高,高出25.72%,P【0.05,具有统计学意义。结论经缬沙坦联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗原发性高血压伴心绞痛患者的临床疗效显著,不良反应较少,安全性较高,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of inquiry and analysis of 35 casestreated in activity of nifedipine sustained-release tabletsin treatment of primary hypertension and angina pectoris. MethodS In our hospital were selected primary hypertension and 70 patients with angina pectoris,will serve as a clinical research object,randomly divided into control group,experimental group of two groups,patients in the control group took valsartan treatment,the patients in the control group were treated by treatment type basis,combined with nifedipine sustained release piece of treatment. The two groups were observed and compared the clinical curative effect of different treatments of the. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of valsartan and nifedipine sustained release tablets in the treatment of essential hypertension and angina pectoris patients significantly,less adverse reaction,high security,is worthy of promotion.
