枸橼酸碳酸氢盐透析液对血液透析患者高血压的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的对枸橼酸碳酸氢盐透析液对血液透析患者高血压的影响进行探索和研究,为临床提供可参考的依据。方法对我院在2009年08月至2012年09月收治的40血液透析患者高血压影响进行观察和分析,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各20例,观察组患者采取枸橼酸碳酸氢盐透析液进行治疗,治疗组患者采取常规碳酸氢盐透析液进行治疗,并对治疗结果进行观察和记录。结果使用枸橼酸碳酸氢盐透析液治疗的观察组患者平均收缩压比常规碳酸氢盐透析液治疗的对照组患者明显要低,有统计学意义(P【0.01);枸橼酸碳酸氢盐透析液治疗的观察组患者的平均动脉压也要明显比对照组低,有统计学意义(P【0.05);枸橼酸碳酸氢盐透析液治疗的观察组患者高血压也要明显比对照组要低,有统计学意义(P【0.05)。结论采用枸橼酸碳酸氢盐透析液为患者进行治疗对高血压控制效果明显要优于常规碳酸氢盐透析液。而且用此法进行治疗的患者高血压并发症发生率低,没有严重的抽搐、低血压、碱中毒不良反应,对血压的控制效果极佳。血液透析之后的离子钙浓度偏低,但是并没有发生明显的低钙血症并发症的症状,有很高的安全性和有效性。值得在临床上被广泛推广和应用。
