呼吸重症监护室内机械通气相关性肺炎及护理对策分析

目的分析对呼吸重症监护室内机械通气相关性肺炎患者进行护理的方法和效果。方法选择26例我院呼吸重症监护室内的机械通气相关性肺炎患者,对其病原菌分布、临床资料进行分析,提出护理方法。结果 26例患者中有2例死亡,治愈率是92.31%。结论在对患者进行护理的同时也要掌握好有创机械通气的指证,从而减少发生相关性肺炎。

Objective Analysis of respiratory intensive care ventilator-associated pneumonia patients in nursing methods and results.Methods 26 patients in our hospital respiratory intensive care ventilator-associated pneumonia patients,their pathogen distribution,clinical data were analyzed,and proposed methods of care.Results 26 patients,2 deaths,the fatality rate is 92.31%.Conclusion While in the care of patients should master testify invasive mechanical ventilation,and thereby reduce the incidence of associated pneumonia.
