肩关节脱位并肱骨外科颈骨折患者的护理

Dislocation of the Shoulder joint and Nursing care of Patients with Fracture of Surgical neck of Humerus

目的观察探讨综合护理干预对肩关节脱位并肱骨外科颈骨折患者的影响,为临床护理肩关节脱位合并肱骨外科颈骨折提供依据。方法随机抽取2010年1月——2012年9月我院64例肩关节脱位并肱骨外科颈骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组。实验组患者给予综合护理措施,对照组患者给予一般护理干预,对比观察两组护理效果。结果实验组患者护理干预后,其焦虑程度降低,患者舒适度提高,与对照组比较,P【0.05;实验组患者对临床护理工作的满意度更高,与对照组比较,P【0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对肩关节脱位合并肱骨外科颈骨折患者给予综合护理的效果较好,有助于提高临床护理质量,缓解患者不良情绪,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the comprehensive nursing intervention on the shoulder joint dislocation and fracture of surgical neck of humerus were studied,in order to provide basis for clinical nursing care of shoulder dislocation combined with fracture of surgical neck of humerus.Methods Randomly selected in 2010 January ——2012 year in September in our hospital 64 cases of dislocation of shoulder joint and fracture patients as the research object of humeral surgical neck fracture,were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Comprehensive nursing measures for patients in the experimental group,the control group were given general nursing intervention,comparative observation and nursing effect of the two groups.Results The nursing of patients in the experimental group after the intervention,the anxiety level is reduced,improving patient comfort,compared with the control group,P< 0.05;the experimental group patients’ satisfaction with clinical nursing work more high,compared with the control group,P< 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Better for shoulder dislocation combined with fracture of surgical neck of humerus comprehensive nursing to patients effect,help to improve the quality of clinical nursing,alleviate patients’ emotion,it is worth of application.
