烤瓷冠修复美容成人前牙列畸形50例分析

Analysis of 50 cases adult dentition deformity by porcelain crown beauty

目的分析烤瓷冠在修复美容成人前牙列畸形的效果。方法以我院2009年4月——2011年6月门诊前牙列畸形成人患者50例为研究对象,采用烤瓷冠修复美容;以同期41例同诊断患者为对照组,采用直丝弓技术正畸修复,比较分析两组患者治疗效果、治疗时间及治疗费用。结果烤瓷冠修复组效果良好者45例,占90.0%,显著高于对照组(P【0.01);对照组中有6例治疗效果差,烤瓷冠修复组无失败者,组间比较具有显著性差异(P【0.05);烤瓷冠修复组平均治疗时间为21.66±5.32天,显著少于对照组(P【0.01);治疗费用显著高于对照组(P【0.01)。结论烤瓷冠美容修复成人前牙列畸形具有效果显著、治疗时间短、患者满意度高等优势,但费用较高。

Objective To analyze the effect on adult dentition deformity by porcelain crown repair beauty.Method 50 outpatients adult dentition deformity by porcelain crown repair beauty from April 2009 to June 2011 in our hospital for study,and 41 cases with same diagnosis by the straight wire bow technology orthodontic repair in same period for control group.Comparative analysis of the therapeutic effect,treatment time and cost of treatment between two group.Results 45 cases of porcelain crown group effect as well,significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01);6 cases of poor treatment in the control group,the porcelain crown group no losers,comparison between groups with a significant difference(P<0.05);the average duration of treatment in the porcelain crown group was significantly less than the control group(P<0.01),the cost of treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).
