摘要
目的探讨产妇产后出血的原因,提出相应防治、护理措施,降低发生率。方法选择2005年——2012年在我院住院分娩产后出血的40例产妇进行临床分析。结果产后出血原因主要有宫缩乏力、胎盘因素、产道损伤、凝血功能障碍等。经积极有效治疗护理后,均获痊愈。结论产后出血是产科严重的并发症,做好产后出血的预防、急救、护理工作,使孕产妇得到及时有效救治,保障孕产妇生命安全。
Objective To explore the causes of postpartum hemorrhage,puts forward corresponding prevention,nursing measures,to reduce the incidence of.Methods From 2005 to 2012 in our hospital 40 cases of maternal postpartum hemorrhage clinical analysis.Results The main causes are uterine inertia,placenta factor,injury of birth canal,blood coagulation dysfunction etc.After active treatment and care,all were cured.Conclusion Postpartum hemorrhage is a serious complication in obstetrics,the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage,first-aid,nursing work,so that pregnant women receive timely and effective treatment,guarantee the life safety.
