观察针刺治疗中风慢性期吞咽障碍临床疗效

To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment for stroke chronic dysphagia

目的评价针刺治疗中风慢性期吞咽障碍的临床效果。方法选取2011年4月——2012年4月我院收治的84例中风慢性期吞咽障碍患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者给予针刺百劳、廉泉、人迎、风府治疗,对照组给予康复训练,观察两组患者治疗后总有效率。结果经过治疗后,观察组吞咽功能有效人数为26例,治愈人数为13例,总有效率为92.85%,对照组患者有效人数为32例,治愈人数为2例,总有效率为80.95%,观察组总有效率明显优于对照组,比较有统计学意义(P【0.05)。结论针刺治疗中风慢性吞咽障碍起效快,且和病程长短无关,均可起到治疗效果,值得临床广泛推广及应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture in the treatment of chronic stage of apoplexy dysphagia.Methods 84 cases of the chronic phase of stroke patients with dysphagia from 2011 April——2012 year in April in our hospital,which were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the observation group were given acupuncture Bailao,Lian Quan,Renying,Fengfu treatment,the control group was given rehabilitation training,the two groups were observed after treatment with efficiency.Results After treatment,the observation group swallowing function effective number of 26 cases,the cure for the number of 13 cases,the total effective rate was 92.85%,the effective number of patients in the control group was 32 cases,the cure for the number of 2 cases,the total effective rate was 80.95%,total effective rate of observation group is obviously better than the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupuncture treatment for stroke chronic dysphagia fast,and has nothing to do with the course of disease,can play a therapeutic effect,is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
