目的探讨加强乙肝产妇分娩管理方法。方法 2010年乙肝产妇为对照组。2011年乙肝炎产妇为观察组,加强分娩管理。观察效果。结果观察组母婴传播阻断率高,P【0.05。结论乙肝产妇分娩中加强管理阻断效果好。

Objective To strengthen the hepatitis B delivery management method.Methods 2010 hepatitis B was selected as the control group.In 2011 the hepatitis B puerpera as observation group,strengthen labor management,and observe the effect.Results In the study group,the prevention of mother-to-child transmission rate is high,P< 0.05.Conclusion To strengthen the management of hepatitis B delivery blocking effect.
