摘要
目的探讨社区综合干预对心绞痛患者生活质量的影响。方法 120名心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和观察组,观察组患者在一般治疗基础上增加社区综合干预项目。比较两组患者生活质量和医疗服务效果评价得分的差异。结果观察组患者在饮食、睡眠、认知和运动四个生活质量方面得分、治疗依从性和对医疗服务满意度得分高于对照组。结论社区综合干预能有效提高心绞痛患者的生活质量。
Objective To discuss the effect of comprehensive community intervention on angina pectoris patients.Methods 120 cases were divided into control group and observation group.The quality of life and the effect of medical services were compared between different groups.Results The observation group got more positive result in the diet,sleep quality,cognition degree,movement attitude which belong to the category of quality of life index.Conclusion The comprehensive community intervention on the patients of angina pectoris can improve their quality of life.
