摘要
目的探讨人性化护理管理模式对护士工作的积极性影响。方法选取1200例患者为对象进行回顾性分析。结果观察组采用人性化护理管理模式后,护士工作积极性明显提高,自我效能、护理质量、患者满意度评分与对照组相比,其差异具有统计学意义(P【0.05)。结论人性化护理管理模式对提高护士积极性具有显著的推动作用,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To research the influence of humanization nursing management mode on working enthusiasm of nurses.Methods Select 1200 patients to be the research cases and carry out retrospective analysis.Results After humanization nursing management,the evaluation scores of nurses’ self-efficacy,nursing quality and patient satisfaction increase significantly,and the differences have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Humanization nursing management mode may improve nurses’ enthusiasm significantly and it is worthy for clinical application.
