摘要
目的探讨烧伤幼儿的护理方法。方法回顾性分析我院2010年10月至2012年10月间收治的50例烧伤幼儿的护理过程。结果经医护人员精心护理,患儿未出现严重肢体功能障碍,均康复出院。结论对烧伤幼儿进行护理时,医护人员应做到细致谨慎,立即建立静脉通路,及早补液,平衡电解质,防治并发症,可明显提高小儿烧伤治愈率。
Objective To explore the methods of nursing care with burn children.Methods A retrospective analysis of 50 cases of burn care of children in our hospital from 2010 October to 2012 October.Results After careful medical care,the children did not appear serious limb dysfunction,and were discharged from hospital.Conclusion Nursing of burn children,medical personnel should be careful,immediately establish intravenous access,early rehydration,balanced electrolyte,prevention of complications,can significantly improve the cure rate of pediatric burn.
