摘要
目的观察易贝滴眼液对角膜上皮损伤后愈合的治疗效果。方法随机将100例角膜上皮损伤的患者分为2组,一组予易贝滴眼液和抗生素滴眼液,另一组予硫酸软骨素滴眼液和抗生素滴眼液,分别观察2组患者角膜上皮的修复情况。结果使用易贝滴眼液组临床症状缓解迅速,角膜上皮修复好。结论角膜上皮损伤的患者使用易贝滴眼液,可以较好的缓解眼部症状,并能较好的促进角膜上皮修复。
Objective TO evaluate the therapeutic effect of rhEGF eye drops in treatment of corneal epithelial defect.Methods 100 patients with corneal epithelial defect were divided into two groups of one group with rhEGF eye drops and another with chondroitin sulfate eye drops.The recovery of corneal epithelium was evaluated respectively.Results The group with rhEGF eye drops alleviated clinical symptom rapidly and corneal epithelium was restored well.Conclusion rhEGF eye drops can alleviate the symptom and effectively promote the recovery of corneal epithelium.
