推拿手法治疗后半身不遂病症作用探讨及方法概述

目的观察推拿手法治疗后半身不遂病症的作用。并简述推拿手法。方法选取2011年2月——2012年2月期间收治中风后半身不遂患者42例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者给予针灸治疗,观察组在对照组患者治疗的基础上给予推拿进行治疗,比较两组患者经过2个月的治疗临床的效果。结果观察组患者经过推拿手法治疗,观察组和对照组患者的总有效率分别为100%和90.47%,比较具有统计学意义(P【0.05)。结论推拿手法可有效的改善患侧的功能情况,提高患者的生活质量,促进神经功能恢复,在肌肉萎缩、肢体畸形等方面具有其他治疗手段不能达到的作用和疗效,值得临床推广应用。
