CT诊断在蛛网膜下腔出血后脑微循环改变中的临床应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨CT诊断在蛛网膜下腔出血后脑微循环改变中的临床应用价值。方法选取我院2009年6月——2012年6月收治的蛛网膜下腔出血患者84例作为观察组,选取同时期的健康人群84例作为对照组,比较两组的CT灌注成像参数:脑血流量、脑血容量、平均通过时间。结果观察组的脑血容量、脑血流量明显低于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P【0.05);观察组的平均通过时间多于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P【0.05)。结论 CT灌注成像能够准确检测脑组织的脑血流量,成为临床上监测脑血管疾病发生后脑微循环血流动力学改变的良好检查手段,有较好的临床应用前景,值得推广应用。 Objective To investigate the CT diagnosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage,cerebral microcirculation change in clinical application value.Methods In our hospital from June 2009 to June 2012 admitted patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage healthy people select the same period as the observation group,84 cases of 84 cases as the control group,the two groups were compared CT perfusion imaging parameters:cerebral blood flow and cerebral blood volume,mean transit time.Results Of the observation group,the cerebral blood volume,cerebral blood flow was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);mean transit time of the observation group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CT perfusion imaging can accurately detect the brain tissue of cerebral blood flow monitoring cerebrovascular disease clinical hemodynamic changes in cerebral microcirculation good check means better prospects for clinical application,worth popularization.
