护理干预在小儿秋季腹泻治疗中的作用与观察

目的探讨护理干预在小儿秋季腹泻治疗中的作用与观察。方法选取在我院儿科接受治疗的秋季腹泻患儿106例,随机分为研究组55例,对照组51例。在综合治疗的基础上,对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予全面护理干预。结果治疗后,研究组的总有效率为92.73%,明显高于对照组的总有效率80.39%,差异具有统计学意义(P【0.05)。讨论综合护理干预可有效改善患儿的临床症状,提高治疗效果,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the nursing intervention treatment effect observed in children autumn diarrhea.Methods In pediatric hospital for treatment fall diarrhea,106 cases were randomly divided into the study group,55 cases,and 51 cases of the control group.On the basis of the comprehensive treatment,the control group received conventional care; the study group was given comprehensive care intervention.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 92.73% of the study group was significantly higher than the total efficiency of 80.39% ,a statistically significant difference ( P < 0.05) .Discussion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical symptoms in children; improve the therapeutic effect and clinical value.
