颈动脉介入治疗胰腺癌的临床疗效及护理分析

目的对应用整体护理模式对接受颈动脉介入治疗的胰腺癌患者在治疗期间实施护理的临床效果进行研究。方法抽取130例接受颈动脉介入治疗的胰腺癌患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,平均每组65例。采用常规胰腺癌介入治疗护理模式对对照组患者在治疗期间实施护理;采用整体护理模式对观察组患者在治疗期间实施护理。结果观察组患者胰腺癌病情治疗效果明显优于对照组;介入治疗操作时间和治疗后留院观察时间明显短于对照组;患者对护理服务满意度明显高于对照组。结论应用整体护理模式对接受颈动脉介入治疗的胰腺癌患者在治疗期间实施护理的临床效果非常明显。

Objective Of the application of the overall model of care underwent carotid interventional treatment of pancreatic cancer patients during treatment effect of clinical nursing research.Method To extract the 130 patients who underwent carotid interventional treatment of pancreatic cancer patients were randomly divided into a control group and the observation group,an average of each group of 65 cases.Conventional pancreatic cancer the interventional treatment care nursing mode of the control group patients during treatment; overall care model of nursing observed in patients during treatment.Results Of the observation group patients with pancreatic illness treatment effect was significantly better than the control group; intervention stay in the hospital for observation after the treatment operation time and treatment was signifi-cantly shorter than the control group; patient care significantly higher satisfaction.Conclusion Holistic care model underwent carotid interventional treatment of pancreatic cancer patients during treatment care clinical effect is very obvious.
