呼吸ICU中鼻饲患者并发症的预防及其护理

目的对应用全面护理模式对接受鼻饲的呼吸RICU患者在治疗期间实施护理的临床效果进行研究。方法抽取60例接受鼻饲的呼吸RICU患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,平均每组30例。采用常规鼻饲护理模式对对照组患者在治疗期间实施护理;采用全面护理模式对观察组患者在治疗期间实施护理。结果观察组患者病情控制效果明显优于对照组;RICU观察时间和住院治疗总时间明显短于对照组;出现并发症的人数明显少于对照组。结论应用全面护理模式对接受鼻饲的呼吸RICU患者在治疗期间实施护理的临床效果非常明显。

Objective Of the application of comprehensive care model on the nasogastric breathing RICU patients during treatment clinical effects of the implementation of care.Method Of extraction of 60 patients who underwent nasal feeding the breathing RICU patients were randomly divided into a control group and the observation group,an average of 30 cases each.Routine Nasogastric care control group patients during treatment care; comprehensive care model of nursing observation group patients during treatment.Patients to control the effect of the observation group was significantly better than the control group; RICU,observation time and total hospitalization time was significantly shorter than the control group; number of complications was significantly less than that of the control group.Conclusion Comprehensive care model on the nasogastric breathing RICU patients during treatment care clinical effect is very obvious.
