腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术的手术配合体会

Experience with the Operation of Laparoscopic Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy

目的探讨腹腔镜辅助下阴式全子宫切除术中手术配合的重要性。方法对2005年6月至2009年6月80例腹腔镜辅助下阴式全子宫切除术的手术配合要点及术后效果。结果 80例手术均顺利完成,全组无一例因术前准备或术中配合不当而影响手术或出现并发症,术后5-7d痊愈出院。结论术前充分的用物准备,良好的心理护理,良好的设备仪器,娴熟的麻醉及手术配合是手术成功的基础;术中严格遵守无菌技术操作,熟练的手术配合是手术成功的必要条件与技术保障。

Objective To investigate the laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy operation with intraoperative importance. Methods With the effect of points and operation on the 2005 June to 2009 June,there are 80 cases of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy operation. Results 80 cases of operation were successfully completed; there were no patients with preoperative or intraoperative with improper affects the operation complications,postoperative 5-7 D cured. Conclusion Preoperative full preparation,good psychological nursing,good equipment,anesthesia and operation skill of the mix is the basis of successful operation; strict compliance with the aseptic technique in operation,skilled operation coordination is necessary condition and technology to ensure the successful operation.
