内镜下介入联合生长抑素治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效和护理

目的探讨内镜下介入联合生长抑素治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效和护理。方法对41例食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者进行内镜下静脉曲张套扎、硬化剂注射治疗,联合生长抑素治疗后的疗效和优质护理措施进行全面观察、整理,问卷调查。结果止血成功率97.6%,静脉曲张消失率85.4%,再出血率9.8%,健康教育达标率95.1%,满意度97.6%。结论内镜下介入联合生长抑素治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血止血效果显著,术前术后合理完善的优质护理可以更好地提高患者生活水平,提高满意度,降低再出血,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and nursing intervention of endoscopic intervention combined with somatostatin treatment for esophageal variceal bleeding. Methods Analysed the efficacy and high quality nusing intervention investigations of endoscopic vasiceal ligation,sclerosant therapy,combined with somatostatin treatment for 41 cases of esophageal variceal bleeding. Results The achievement ratio of hemostasis is 97. 6% ,the percent of varicose vein disappearance is 85. 4% ,the re-bleeding per is 9. 8% ,the rate up to standard of health education is 95. 1% ,degree of satisfaction is 97. 6% . Conclusions The efficacy of endoscopic intervention combined with somatostatin treatment for esophageal variceal bleeding is significant. At the same time,the high quality nursing care can improve the living quality and satisfaction index,reduce the re-bleeding rate and complication incidence before and after operation.
