血浆BNP水平对ACS介入患者预后的临床观察

目的分析急性冠脉综合征(ACS)接受介入治疗的患者血浆BNP含量,探讨血浆BNP对ACS介入术后患者预后的影响。方法将我院心内科收治的ACS并接受介入治疗的所有患者,按着术前血浆BNP的含量分为大于2000pg/ml组,1000-2000pg/ml组和小于1000pg/ml组,每组随机抽取患者30例,对比三组患者在接受介入治疗7天内所出现的心血管事件。结果大于2000pg/ml组中出现恶性心律失常11例,急性心力衰竭6例,心源性休克4例,心源性猝死3例,均高于其它两组(P【0.05),而1000-2000pg/ml组各心血管不良反应事件高于小于1000pg/ml组(P【0.05)。结论随着血浆BNP水平的升高,严重心血管不良事件发生率明显上升。

Objective Analysis of acute coronary syndrome( ACS) received plasma BNP content in patients with interventional therapy,to investigate the influence of the prognosis of patients after interventional treatment of ACS plasma BNP. Methods Our hospital admitted to Department of Cardiology,ACS and all patients who re- ceived interventional treatment,according to the content of preoperative plasma BNP is greater than 2000pg‘ml group,1000 - 2000 pg‘ml group and less than 1000 pg ‘ml group,30 patients in each group were randomly selected patients,compared three groups of patients accepted interventional therapy in cardiovascular events within 7 days of the. Results More than malignant arrhythmia occurred in 11 cases in group 2000pg‘ml,6 cases of acute heart failure,4 patients with cardiogenic shock,3 cases of sudden cardiac death,are higher than the other two groups( P < 0. 05) ,and the 1000 - 2000 pg‘ml group of cardiovascular adverse events than less than group 1000pg ‘ml( P <0. 05) . Conclusion With the increased plasma BNP level,serious cardiovascular adverse event incidence increased significantly.
