开展优质护理服务对普外科护理质量的影响

目的探讨普外科实施优质护理服务对护理质量的影响。方法 2010年12月——2013年3月收治普外科患者4200例,随机将其分为观察组(n=2100)和对照组(n=2100)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予优质护理服务,观察两组护理效果。结果观察组、对照组对住院期间的护理服务满意度分别98%、85%,健康教育知晓率分别为98%、88%,两组不良事件发生率分别为1%、6%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P【0.05)。结论实施优质护理服务可明显提高普外科护理服务质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of the implementation of high quality nursing service in Department of general surgery nursing quality. Methods From 2010 December to 2013 March 4200 patients admitted to Department of general surgery patients,and randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 2100 cases. The observation group was given the high quality nursing service and the control group was given routine nursing care in order to observe the nursing effect of the two groups. Results The nursing service satisfaction of the observation group and the control group is 98% ,85% respectively. The awareness of health education is 98% ,88% respectively. Two groups of incidence of adverse events were 1% ,6% . The observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the differences between the two groups were significant. So it has statistical significance criteria( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion The implementation of high quality nursing service can significantly improve the quality of nursing in Department of general surgery.
