摘要
目的探讨放射性90锶敷贴治疗耳垂瘢痕疙瘩的临床疗效。方法利用放射性90锶敷贴治疗272例耳垂瘢痕疙瘩,每次照射剂量20-25Gy,每日1次,10次为一个疗程,总疗程吸收剂量为200-250Gy。一疗程结束1个月后复查,如未愈再次治疗,一般2个疗程后痊愈,最多3个疗程。结果 272例耳垂瘢痕疙瘩治愈269例,治愈率98.9%。相关分析显示,治愈率与疗程呈正相关(r=0.9832,P【0.05)。结论放射性90锶敷贴治疗耳垂瘢痕疙瘩是行之有效的方法,具有应用和推广价值。
Objective The present invention encompasses topical oral care compositions comprising the radioactive strontium 90 applicator clinical curative effect of the treatment of earlobe keloid. Methods Treatment of 272 cases of earlobe keloid method using radioactive strontium 90 applicator,dose irradiation of 20 - 25 Gy each time,1 times a day,10 times for a course of treatment,total treatment dose of 200 - 250 Gy. One end of the treatment,1 month after the review,if not again after 2 courses of treatment,the general recovery,a maximum of 3 courses. Results 272 cases of earlobe scar and 269 cases were cured; the cure rate was 98. 9% . Correlation analysis showed that,the cure rate was positively associated with treatment( r = 0. 9832,P < 0. 05) . Conclusion The treatment of earlobe keloid radioactive strontium 90 applicator is effective method,has application and popularization value.
