The Clinical value on Electrocardiogram Changes of Obvious J wave

目的探讨明显J波心电图改变及临床意义。方法 39例常规心电图J波患者中5例心电图进行回顾性分析。结果有明显J波伴心电图常合并有缓慢性心律失常心电图改变,主要发生在颅脑外伤、肺挫裂伤伴血气胸、有机磷农药中毒、氯丙嗪中毒、焦虑患者中。并伴有电解质异常、休克、体温偏低,死亡率30%。结论明显J波患者死亡率较高,应高度重视。

Objective To discuss the clinical value on patients electrocardiogram changes of obvious J wave with Q—T prolonged duration. Methods 5 cases of ob- vious J wave from 39 cases of routine. electrocardiogram analyzed in our hospital. Results Electrocardiogram changes of slow type cardiac arrhythmia of obvious J wave were mainly occurred in craniocerebral injury. Results Contusion with hemopneumothorax,methylamine phosphate pesticide poisoning and chloropromazine poisoning. The main reasons were elec - trolye disturbance,shock and unnaturally low body temperature. In our study,the morality Of patients with obvious J wave was 30% . Conclusion The electrocardiogram changes of obvious J wave with should be emphasized,and the mortality is high.
