摘要
运用手法按摩、中频脉冲电治疗和针刺等非手术方法治疗腰椎盘突出症及术后70例,其中临床治愈49例、好转17例、未愈4例,总有效率达94.2%。探讨认为治疗腰椎间盘突出症应以腰臀部损伤、痉挛的软组织为主,而不是腰部突出的椎间盘。
The use of massage,intermediate frequency electric pulse therapy and acupuncture and other non - operation method in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and postoperative in 70 cases,of which 49 cases were cured,17 cases improved,4 case failed,the total effective rate was 94. 2% . Discussion on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation that priority should be given to the soft tissue of waist and hip injury,spasm,rather than the waist intervertebral disc prominent.
