手足口病(HFMD)是婴幼儿常见传染病,可由多种肠道病毒引起,包括CoxA4.5.8.10.16型,B2.3.5.7型,EV71及埃可病毒,尤以CoxA16及EV71最为常见。EV71占54.5%,CoxA16占17.4%,其它肠道病毒占28.3%[1]。EV71感染可以仅引起手足口病(HFMD),也可合并疱疹性咽峡炎等呼吸道症候群或消化道症状,少数累及神经系统并出现心肺症状[2],甚至死亡。EV71感染多呈季节性流行,亦可全年散发。

EV71 infection can only cause hand,foot and mouth disease( HFMD) ,can also be merged herpangina respiratory syndrome or gastrointestinal symptoms,a handful of involvement of the nervous system and cardiovascular symptoms[2],and even death. EV71 infection have a seasonal epidemic and distributed throughout the year.
