33例毁损肺一侧全肺切除围手术期护理

目的探讨毁损肺行一侧全肺切除患者围手术期护理方法。方法回顾分析33例毁损肺一侧全肺切除患者的围手术期的护理全过程。结果 33例全部手术成功,发生术后近期并发症5例(15.1%):出血1例,急性肺水肿1例,呼吸衰竭2例,脓胸1例。结论通过围手术期护理,预防和减低了术后并发症,有利于患者顺利康复。

Objective To discuss perioperative nursing method for destroyed lung patient’s undergone one side pneumonectomy treatment. Methods The entire process of perioperative nursing care of 33 cases of destroyed lung patients undergone one side pneumonectomy treatment were analyzed retrospectively. Results Pneumon - ectomies in 33 cases were all successful,5 cases( 15. 1% ) had postoperative complications including: haemorrhage 1 case,acute pulmonary oedema 1 cases,respiratory failure 2 cases,empyema 1 cases. Conclusion Through the perioperative nursing,it is good for the recovery of patient and prevents and reduces the complications of post operation.
