自拟疏肝利胆汤中西医结合治疗胆囊切除术后综合征27例

Resection of Gallbladder with Shugan Lidan Decoction of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine Syndrome in 27 cases

目的观察自拟疏肝利胆汤中西医结合治疗胆囊切除术后综合征的临床疗效。方法治疗组采用自拟疏肝利胆汤结合西医治疗,对照组采用西医治疗,两组均以15天为1疗程,一般治疗1个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92.29%,对照组为66.67%,两组比较,治疗组明显高于对照组(P【0.05)。结论自拟疏肝利胆汤中西医结合治疗胆囊切除术后综合征疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined treatment of cholecystectomy Shugan Lidan Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine postcholecystectomy syndrome. Methods The treatment group was treated by Shugan Lidan decoction combined with Western Medicine,The control group was treated with western medicine therapy,and the two groups were 15 days to 1 course of treatment,General after 1 courses of treatment the curative effect. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 92. 29% ,The control group was 66. 67% ,Comparison between the two groups,The treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion Shugan Lidan Decoction combining Chinese and Western medicine treatment of Postcholecystectomy syndrome after signifi- cant effect.
