超声造影在颈部良、恶性淋巴结鉴别诊断中的应用 被引量：11

摘要 颈部淋巴结的评估对肿瘤的诊断、治疗,特别是头颈部肿瘤的恰当处置起着非常重要的作用,关系到肿瘤分期、是否手术、手术范围、是否进行术后放疗及其他治疗以及预后评价。常规超声是一项实用的颈部淋巴结影像学评估方法,经过30余年的经验积累,其诊断效率可达75%~83%。尽管随着技术的进步,常规超声的诊断效率有了很大提高,但是依然存在一些不足,如良、恶性淋巴结超声特征重叠,
