摘要
B族链球菌(Group B Streptococcus,GBS)是一种条件致病菌,大量研究表明,孕妇GBS的定植或感染与母儿不良结局有关。多个国家建议对孕妇进行GBS普遍筛查并制定了相关指南,在我国暂无规范化的预防和诊治措施。本文就GBS的致病机理、GBS感染的诊断、对母儿影响及其筛查防治策略作一综合阐述。
Group B Streptococcus ( GBS) is a conditional pathogen. Many studies have shown thatcolonization or infection of GBS in pregnant women is related to maternal and fetal adverse outcomes.Although several countries recommended universal screening GBS in pregnant women and developedguidelines,China was without standardized prevention and treatment measures. In this paper, thepathogenesis of GBS,the diagnosis of GBS infection,the influence on mother and fetus and the strategies ofscreening prevention and treatment were comprehensively discussed.
