Challenge of Utilizing Data in Smart City Practice

数据作为智慧城市建设和应用中的重要因素与对象,对数据尤其是当前时代大数据的正确认识和利用有助于最大限度地发挥数据的价值以实现智慧城市的目标。本文总结智慧城市实践中对数据的获取与利用过程中在数据整合、数据质量和隐私保护三个方面面临的主要挑战,并结合当前的实践热点和方向,对如何应对这些数据挑战进行思考。

Since data is becoming the most important element and object in constructing smart city and running the smart city,well understanding and use of data,especially big data in now ages,will potentially help to mine the maximum value from data and thus realize the objective of smart city. This paper is focused on how to collect and use data in the practice of smart city;we review the main challenge it will face in data fusion,privacy protection and data quality when building smart city and also the possible measures to deal with it.
