国外面向需求侧的智慧医疗案例研究

A Case Study of Smart Healthcare Oriented to Demand Side

本文选取Propeller Health、Proteus Digital Health、uBox三个国外面向需求侧的智慧医疗案例,诠释了物联网、移动互联、大数据背景下以患者为中心的智慧医疗产业链C端移动医疗模式。典型案例显示面向需求侧的智慧医疗将有助于发挥协同治理的积极效应,优化医疗资源配置效率,缓解信息不对称。中国在医疗卫生体制改革推进中可借鉴国外先进经验,充分发挥信息技术的积极作用,提高医疗服务质量和患者满意度。

This article selected three foreign cases:Propeller Health,Proteus Digital Health and u Box. The cases typically reflects:under the Io T,mobile internet and Big Data background,a patient-centered mobile healthcare model on the Customer/Demand Side of Smart Healthcare supply chain. Multi case study illustrates that C-side smart healthcare is conducive to collaborative governance operation,efficiency of medical resources allocation and information asymmetry reduction. In the process of Chinese Medical-Sanitary System Reform,we could use foreign advanced experience for reference,take advantages of information technology,and improve the quality of medical services and patient satisfaction.
