关节软骨细胞周基质生物力学特性的研究新进展 被引量:2

摘要 关节软骨细胞周基质(pericellular matrix,PCM)是包绕于软骨细胞周围的一层狭窄基质条带,其与所包绕的软骨细胞共同构成软骨单位,而PCM的生化和生物力学特性明显不同于细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)[1]。大量的研究已证实PCM富含Ⅵ型胶原和基底膜蛋白多糖,而且对软骨细胞的生化特性及生物力学信号的传导起到很重要的作用。经微管吸吮、原位成像技术。
