Assessment of the Environmental Economic Policy Practice in China:2015

本文采取实地调研法和政策分析法,对2015年度我国重点环境经济政策的年度进展进行了系统评估,在此基础上对本年度的11项重点环境经济政策实践进展总体状况进行了研判,并指出了下一步环境经济政策改革需要解决的关键问题。

This paper assessed and analyzed the practice progress of the key 11 environmental economic policies in 2015 with a comprehensive usage of the on-the-spot investigation method and the policy analysis method,concluded the overall progress of the 2015 annual environmental economic policy,and pointed out the key issues that need to be solved in the next step of environmental and economic policy reform.
