珠海市近年来在结合社区治理的党建创新方面进行了一系列行之有效的探索。考察珠海市社区治理中党建工作的影响因素主要包括:'两新'组织的发展、人员流动的庞大和频繁、'香港经验'的借鉴。为此珠海市所进行的党建制度创新主要有:党群工作一体化工作模式、社区党组织代表会议制度、'五个构建'的社区民主自治机制。从中我们可以得到的启示是:坚持社区'大党建'模式、培育社区认同意识、把握网络党建的趋势。

In recent years,Zhuhai City has carried out a series of effective explorations in terms of the Party building innovation in combination with community governance.The main factors influencing the Party building work in the community governance of Zhuhai city include:the development of new economic organization and new social organization,the huge and frequent mobility of people,and borrowing the experience from Hong Kong.The innovations of the Party building system carried out in Zhuhai City mainly include:the integration of the work mode of the Party and mass work,the conference system of community and Party organizations,and the community democratic autonomy mechanism of the'five constructions'.Hence,the inspirations from the practice are adhering to the'big Party building'model in the community,cultivating community identity awareness and making better use of Internet in the Party building.
