未来10多年,中国经济保持中高速增长是有可能的。这个潜力的发挥需要有'有效的市场'以按照比较优势发展经济、充分利用后发优势,也要有'有为的政府',以克服技术创新、产业升级过程中必然伴随的外部性和协调问题。当前,中国经济面临下行的压力依旧存在。中国经济未来能否维持7%以上的中高速增长,依旧是新的一年值得关注的热点问题。在此,我们借《中国的奇迹》出版二十周年研讨会上经济学家们的发言与讨论。
Chinese economy will have the potential to keep a medium or high growth speed in the future more than 10 years, which will need "effective market" to develop economy by comparativeadvantage and make foil use of second-mover advantage. There should also be a "functional government" to overcome technological innovations as well as the external and coordinating problems brought by industrial upgrade.
