盈利的国企也要改革

Profitable state-owned enterprise also need reforms

当下盈利的国企如不深化改革,从某一个经济部门到国民经济全局,都将付出代价。盈利的国企还要不要改?上一波国企改革的中心口号是扭亏增盈。这也带来一种误解,就是认为但凡国企实现了盈利,余下的就是做大做强的管理问题,再也不需要深化改革了。到了国企普遍盈利,特别是央企的年利润高达万亿人民币的时候,说国企还要深化改革。

Whether or not the profitable state-owned enterprises need further reforms, there should be an affirmative answer. As for urgency, the current situation is only equalled to that of last reforms by state-owned enterprises in the last century. From perspective of opportunity cost,in case of no deeper reforms of profitable state-owned enterprises present,it will pay the price not just for a certain economic departmengt also for the entire national economy, and for society and politics as well.
