On the list of the latest Fortune 500, there are 110 Chinese companies which is next only to America in number.While most of the Chinese companies conduct their business in China, with inadequate globalization.In terms of the overall tendency of overseas merger and acquisition market, more and more Chinese enterprises are currently under the transition experience of technology and brand upgrading, which in turn will lead increase on their overseas market.
