摘要
以实现运动控制器图形化编程为目的,在MLUTIPROG ProConOS eCLR软件中,增加符合IEC61131-3标准的PLCopen运动控制功能块,结合PLC编程,设计出一种新颖的运动控制系统。同时为弥补MLUTIPROG软件不能实现多轴控制和使用多轴功能块的缺陷,并提高用户的使用效率,自主研发了控制器的辅助软件,称为"Assistant"。使用该软件,成功验证了多轴功能块的可行性。最后以贴标机为例,完成其运动控制,证明了该控制系统在易于编程、多轴控制等方面的明显优势。
In order to realize the graphical programming of motion controller,In the MLUTIPROG ProConOS eCLR software, a PLCopen motion control Function Block conforming to the IEC61131-3 standard was added. Combined with PLC programming, a novel motion control system was designed. Meanwhile, in order to fetch up the defects of the MLUTIPROG software like unable to achieve multi-axis control and unable to use the multi-axis Function Block, and improve the working efficiency, a controller’s auxiliary software called 'Assistant' was Independently researched and developed. With the cooperation of the software, the feasibility of multi-axis function block was successfully verified. Finally, taking the labeling machine as a sample, the designed control system is applied to complete the motion control of the sample. The results demonstrate that the new control system has some obvious advantages in some functions including easily programming, and multi-axis control.
