摘要
针对弧齿锥齿轮加工系统的几何仿真,根据切齿理论与啮合原理创建某弧齿锥齿轮加工系统几何仿真模型,利用运动规律函数控制加工仿真系统,获得弧齿锥齿轮的仿真齿面,该齿面与理论设计齿面相一致,为分析具有误差的数控机床加工弧齿锥齿轮的几何仿真奠定了基础,并为弧齿锥齿轮加工系统的仿真提供了新思路。
According to the geometric simulation of the spiral bevel gear machining system, the geometric simulation model of a spiral bevel gear machining system is created according to the cutting tooth theory and the meshing principle. The machining simulation system is controlled by the motion law function to obtain the simulated tooth surface of the spiral bevel gear. The surface is consistent with the theoretical design of the tooth surface, which lays a foundation for the geometric simulation of the machining of the spiral bevel gear of the CNC machine tool with error, and provides a new idea for the simulation of the spiral bevel gear machining system.
