摘要
整体叶盘是航空发动机中典型的整体复杂结构件。为提高整体叶盘的编程效率,通过分析其结构特点进行加工特征分类。根据特征类别制定加工工艺,采用hyperMILL软件完成数控编程和加工仿真,并经过后处理器处理得到NC程序。应用该NC程序在KERN 2522五轴联动高速加工中心完成整体叶盘件实际加工。采用正交试验法分析叶片精加工过程中加工参数对叶片表面粗糙度的影响,并优选出最佳参数组合。
Blisk belongs to typical complicated structure parts in aero engine. In order to improve the programming efficiency of the blisk, the process features were classified by analyzing the structural characteristics. The process planning of blisk was performed based on process features. The hyperMILL was used to complete the NC programming and machining simulation, and the NC program was obtained after processing by postprocessor. This NC program was used to complete the machining of the blisk in the KERN 2522 five-axis high-speed machining center. Orthogonal experiment was used to analyze the influence of machining parameters on the surface roughness of the blade during the finishing process, and the optimum parameter was selected.
