摘要
目的:调查护生对《社区保健》实践性教学重要性的认识和教学效果的评价。方法:采用抽样调查方法,调查护生对社区护士应具备的专业知识和岗位能力的看法和《社区保健》实践性教学的意义。结果:调查对象认为社区护士应具备的岗位能力顺序为人际沟通(97.57%),应变能力(84.03%),计算机应用(80.90%),实践动手能力(78.13%),组织管理(57.29%);对《社区保健》实践性教学的评价,理论联系实际好(71.48%),基地教学内容好(70.13%),基地教学方式好(70.47%),基地教学环境好(33.22%)。结论:社区护士应具备适合岗位需要的能力,《社区保健》实践性教学的课程改革应适应岗位能力的需要。
Objective: To investigate the recognition of the importance of the practical teaching of 'community health' and the evaluation of teaching effect. Methods: a sample survey method was used to investigate nursing students the professional knowledge and skills of community nurses and the importance of the practical teaching of community health. Results: The post ability of community nurses should have are interpersonal communication(97.57%),strain capacity(84.03%),computer application(80.90%),organization management(57.29%); Good Evaluation on practical teaching of community health are theory with practice(71.48%),the base of teaching content(70.13%),the base of teaching method(70.47%),a good teaching environment(33.22%).Conclusion: community nurses should have the ability to meet the needs of the post,'community health' practical teaching reform should adapt to the needs of the post ability.
