摘要
液质联用(H PLC-MS)技术具有分离度好、灵敏度高、专属性强、结构鉴定功能完备等优点,在结构复杂多样的天然药物现代化研究中发挥着越来越重要的作用。通过简要介绍不同类别液质联用技术的发展及应用现状,并结合近年来该技术在天然药物化学成分鉴定、活性成分筛选、品种鉴定、质量控制评价、药物代谢动力学等方面的研究实例,对液质联用技术在天然药物现代研究中的应用进行探讨,为其进一步扩大应用提供参考。
High Performance Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS) technique has a maximal resolution,high sensitivity,strong specificity and complete structure identification function,so it is playing an increasingly important role in the natural medicine research. This paper briefly introduced the different types of HPLC-MS technique,reviewed its application in structural elucidation,the active ingredient screening,species identification,quality control and pharmacokinetics et al. in recent years. It discusses the application status of HPLC-MS technique in the modern study of natural medicine and offering reference for further application.
