摘要
笔者本人设计开发了一套新的诊间排队叫号系统,取代了已经不适应医院发展的老的系统。新系统使用SQL 2008数据库,以Power Builder 11.5为开发工具。整个医院门诊分为五个候诊区,每个候诊区服务台配置一台电脑,连接一台53寸高清液晶电视机,安装分诊服务系统。在医生诊间安装叫号客户端,通过Socket端口与分诊服务台通信。分诊台接收到诊间呼叫指令后,对HIS中病人挂号信息检索,然后将呼叫的医生、诊室、病人姓名等信息显示到电视机上,并通过TTS语音技术将文字转化为语音,通过电视机播报,从而实现医院的排队叫号功能。
The author designed and developed a new set of queuing and calling system using in outpatient service,replacing the old system that already can not adapt to the development of hospital. The new system uses the SQL 2008 database,uses Power Builder 11.5 as the development tool. The hospital outpatient service is divided into five waiting areas.The service machine of each waiting area is equ ipped with a computer,connected to a 53 inch high-definition LCD TV,installing the triage service system. A calling client installed in the doctor's office,communicate with the triage service system through the Socket port. The triage station receives the call instruction from the clinic,and searches the patient registration information in the HIS,and then show the calling doctor,the consulting room,the patient's name and other information on the television,the TTS technology will convert the text to speech,and broadcast by television. Thus this system can realize the queuing function. The implementation of the sy stem,make patients in an orderly treatment,not only reduce the pressure on doctors and nurses,but also pr otect the privacy of patients,avoid unnecessary waiting for the patient,embodies the hospital's humanistic services.
