健康管理是最近20-30年作为一门学科及行业在西方兴起并日趋完善的,在美国等发达国家已相当流行,在我国则刚刚兴起。经过近十年来的发展,我国健康管理在学科体系、产业实践、队伍建设和人才培养等方面,都取得了长足的进展。但是,健康管理产业发展迅速但人才培养滞后,健康管理职业与现行的医疗卫生政策与体系存在诸多衔接不良,健康管理理念先进但学术理论与技术相对滞后,造成了市场需求和人才培养的脱节。本文从健康管理的起源发展、健康管理的概念,专业人才市场需求和培养现状等方面进行了分析。

In recent 20-30 years,health management arose inthe West as a discipline and vocationand become increasingly perfect in the United States and other developed countries. Health management in China is just the rise. After nearly ten years of development,China's health management in the discipline system,industrial practice,team building and personnel training,have made considerableprogress. The development of health management industry rapidly but the talent training lag,the current health policy and systemis not enough for health management career support. The concept of health management is advanced but the academic theory and technology is relatively backward. The above problems caused the market demand and personnel training out of touch.In this paper,the origin and development of health management,health management concept,professional talent market demand and personnel training were analyzed.
