摘要
设计并建立了医用LED光电色检测系统,系统由微型光纤光谱仪、光学积分球、可编程电源和温度控制器等构成。利用该系统对三款医用LED的参数进行了测量,在不同驱动电流下测量得到了温度从15℃到80℃变化对LED色温和显色指数的影响。实验证实该系统准确、可靠,解决了医疗仪器开发中对LED光源选择的问题。
Design and establishment of medical LED photoelectric color detection system,the system consists of a micro optical fiber spectrometer,Optical integrating sphere,programmable power supply and temperature controller,etc.. Apply this system to detect the parameters of three medical LED devices. In different driving current can detect the effects of the temperature-influence from 15℃ to 80℃ to LED color temperature,and color rendering index. Experiments confirmed that the system is accurate and reliable,which can solve the problem of the choice of LED light source in the development of medical instruments.
