摘要
本文介绍了一种面向社区的孕产妇围生抑郁主动筛查干预系统。该系统基于云服务技术,集成既有的孕产妇保健系统,实现对孕产妇围生抑郁疾病的高效率、低成本的筛查与干预模式。通过在一个地区多家医疗机构的实际应用,在覆盖面、筛查频次、关注人群等方面都取得了良好效果。
A community-oriented screening and intervening system for perinatal depressive symptoms is introduced.It Integrates existing healthcare system for pregnant women through based on cloud service technology,and is able to screen for and intervene perinatal depressive symptoms with high efficiency and low cost.The system has been practically used in multiple healthcare institutions in one region,and has achieved remarkable results over coverage of crowd and frequency of screening,etc.
