乳腺癌(Breast cancer)是女性常见的恶性肿瘤,是危害女性健康的首要疾病。由于乳腺癌的发病原因和转移机制尚不明确,与乳腺癌有关的miRNA和mRNA研究为乳腺癌的诊断、分期和转移提供了新的思路。很多在miRNA和mRNA在不久的将来能成为乳腺癌诊断和治疗靶点。miRNA和mRNA参与了包括乳腺癌细胞的生长、凋亡、迁移、侵袭等过程,进而形成了调控机制。本文将主要着眼于近年来发现的miRNA和mRNA在乳腺癌中所起的作用,并对其将来在乳腺癌诊断、预后判断及治疗中的应用做一综述。

Breast cancer is a common female malignant tumor,and it's a major disease endangering women's health.Due to unclear cause and transfer mechanism of the breast cancer,researches of miRNA and mRNA related to breast cancer provide a new train of thought for breast cancer diagnosis,staging and transfer.miRNA and mRNA have involved in the growth,apoptosis,migration and invasion of the breast cancer cell and form the regulatory mechanism.This article will mainly focus on the role of miRNA and mRNA in breast cancer and their future application in breast cancer diagnosis,prognostic and therapeutic.
