Design and Application of Outpatient Surgery Information System(OSIS)

通过门诊手术管理系统设计与实现,结合移动医疗,实现对门诊手术申请、预约、审核、手术记录、医技病理等诊疗数据填充完整病历的全流程闭环数字化管理模式,以及各阶段手术消息APP及短信推送功能,消除医院诊疗重要环节—门诊手术信息化的盲点。通过系统的建立,规范了门诊手术医疗文书的数字化管理流程,完善了门诊电子病历的内容,有益于提高诊疗质量,也为后期科研提供了数据支持。

To achieve whole process of digital management in Outpatient Surgery by design and application of OSIS Information System, and to combine with the mobile medical technology, for outpatient surgery application, making an appointment, checking in, operation records, and filling the electronic medical record with the blood test and pathology diagnosis data, and send the message to APP or Mobile phone, to eliminate the blind of the medical record which is important. The system also process the management, rich content the medical records, improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment, and also provides data support for the research.
